Website Redesign for a Non-Profit

1–2 minutes

The Client:

This 14 year old non-profit organization is focused on religious education. Though the organization has taught courses for over a decade, they weren’t widely known and struggled to get their programs in front of the right people.

The Challenge:

The client had invested resources in bringing their courses online, however their website was built on a slow, outdated platform.

Not only were they unable to host their online courses, but the design of the website made it difficult to read the small font against a busy background. To top it off, the settings could only be changed by editing code on the backend – a task which was far too technical for the employees at this organization.

How we Helped

We did a full audit of their existing website to understand where they were losing people and why. From there, we used the data to reorganize the site so that users could find information easier and improve the flow to drive more traffic to their online courses.

Most importantly, we helped this client move their site to another platform which enabled them to quickly make edits without having to alter the code.
